Shipping policy
We currently offer standard shipping within the United States.
- $7.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under $100
- Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more
Free shipping is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
Processing Times
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier depending on the size of the package and destination.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier volume, and other circumstances outside of our control may cause delays.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Monday Row is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged while in transit or after delivery.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier directly.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund, we’ll be happy to provide any available shipment information and assist you with the carrier claim process when possible.
Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
Monday Row is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered or incomplete address.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges if they need to be resent.
Domestic Shipping Only
Monday Row currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all returns must be approved before being sent back.
